Time to think, connect, and listen. The "Think Differently" One Day Workshop allowed me to do just that. Ben's planning and presentation was well paced and carefully executed to cover key leadership ideas that I can now put into place with confidence.

Ben's support was instrumental in guiding me through a process of revisioning. I was able to plan a process that started with building leadership capability and 'our school's why'. The end result is a vision that is widely understood and owned by the whole learning community. While Ben shares his knowledge and experience through imparting strategies, his coaching techniques and self-awareness tools cause mentees to deeply consider the value of their next steps and how, as leaders, they may be experienced. I would highly recommend Think Different for school leaders.

The day with Ben was invaluable, one of the most practical and informative day of leadership PLD I have experienced. He guided us to understanding our thinking and how it influences our patterns and habits as leaders within a school. Ben, in a very astute manner, unpacked our organisational health and provided simple but powerful strategies to influence positive culture and purpose.

Our school Board engaged Ben to assist us to align and engage more effectively in our Strategic Plan, which was implemented by a previous board. I found Ben to be engaging and charismatic, using thoughtful activities that helped create a stronger connection to the plan - something I felt hadn't been achieved before.

The session with Ben (Think Different) was empowering, and deeply grounded in research and experience, offering practical and well-organised content that was immediately relevant to my role as a leader. Part 2 of the Leadership Foundations for Principals was a day well spent—Ben and Think Different delivered thought-provoking insights and practical tools across Communication, Meetings, Job Descriptions, Coaching, and Leadership Hacks. I walked away with purposeful actions to strengthen the health of my organisation and lead with greater clarity.
