Course design
Leadership Foundations is a one-day face-to-face workshop.
THE DAY
Strategy- We talk about it, we over-engineer it, we think we should be doing it, we know it is essential, or we are told it is crucial. Yet how much do we know, and how well are we doing it?
In the workshop, we will discuss this, compare notes, explore ways to simplify, and measure our progress.
Leading Change - It was JFK who said, "Change is the law of life". In other words, it is a certainty. This being the case, we need to become experts at leading and managing change. Do you know what your theory of change is? In this session, we will look into this more closely and dive into some approaches to change.
Coaching - The game-changing of game-changing leadership practices. To grow an organisation that realises its vision, creating a culture of coaching is a keystone practice. This session will be a little about the why and a lot about the how.
In addition, we will look at some quick leadership hacks to make your day as a leader easier. This will include the place of GenerativeAI in our schools.

Investment and timings
The Introduction to Leadership Foundations investment is $550.00 (plus GST) which includes a day of high-quality leadership face-to-face learning, morning tea and lunch, and access to curated leadership resources.

Thursday 30th April 2026 - 8.00 am - 4 pm at Shotover Primary School, in the stunning Queenstown basin.
Terms and Conditions
An invoice will be sent to the email address provided in the next 7 days. A 10% deposit is required on registration and payment in full is required before day one. Payment details will be on the invoice.
Cancellation
A 100% refund is available with more than 4 weeks before the day.
A 50% refund is available with more than 2 weeks before the day.
A 25% refund is available with more than 1 week before the day.
No refund (except in special circumstances) less than 1 week before the day.
