Course design
An Introduction to Leadership Foundations is one day face to face workshop.
THE DAY
Know thy self - to lead others, you must first lead yourself, to lead yourself you must first know yourself. We’ll get into that in this session.
Getting stuff done - In the end, we all have the same amount of time in the day. The challenge is spending this resource with high impact.
Organisational Health - It is the one thing that is critical to success and the one thing that is most often left to last. Let’s define it, create it and measure it.

This is a workshop where you’ll be learning with like-minded colleagues, yes you’ll get stuff you can use on Monday, but equally, you’ll be challenged to do your own thinking.

Investment and timings
The Introduction to Leadership Foundations investment is $550.00 (plus GST) which includes a day of high-quality leadership face-to-face learning, an HBDI Whole Brain thinking preference assessment, morning tea and lunch, and access to curated leadership resources.
Dates and Location - 2 Options in 2025
Option One:
Thursday 27th March 2025 - 8.30 am - 4.30 pm at Shotover Primary School, in the stunning Queenstown basin.
Option Two:
Thursday 14th August 2025 - 8.00 am - 3 pm at Shotover Primary School, in the stunning Queenstown basin.
Terms and Conditions
An invoice will be sent to the email address provided in the next 7 days. A 10% deposit is required on registration and payment in full is required before day one. Payment details will be on the invoice.
Cancellation
A 100% refund is available with more than 4 weeks before the day.
A 50% refund is available with more than 2 weeks before the day.
A 25% refund is available with more than 1 week before the day.
No refund (except in special circumstances) less than 1 week before the day.
